I originally picked this hotel because it was listed as having free parking but as I got there and I realized there's only 10 spots that offer free parking otherwise if you're not there early enough you have to park in the parking garage which you need to pay. The room I received was a great room as for the view but when I went in it it had a very funny smell as if they are trying to cover something up with Febreze. Other than this the staff was excellent and everyone was nice.

Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Shuttle to airport every 20 minutes. Hot breakfast in the morning and free WiFi, but slow. No room service. Would stay there again.

Good price and location. Very poor "premium" internet speed and I was charged twice for it.

A very rude and abnoxius staff , specifically the security and the desk clerk .
As I was checking in the security harassed and scared my wife by banging on my Suv and she was shaken by his rude and unprofessional behavior.. the front desk kept jesting and taunting at the situation.
One less guest for this rude and barbaric staff at this hotel.
We come from Tennessee where people are actually friendly and professional...
