Guitar Center

It has a large selection of instruments and accessories, they're a bit more expensive than if you buy something over the internet. The staff is the reason I gave this place 3 stars, no help and empty registers. Had to wait a while before I could even pay.

The place is perfect but their repair service is poor. I called them on the phone to purchase Fender Sonoran Acoustic guitar. The guy on the phone told me that the item is available. When I come to the store to purchase it, they said they don't have the guitar. Then I purchased the guitar online and left it their for set up. They promised me 2 weeks to finish the set up. After 2 weeks, I called to inquire about it, they said it was not done and that they need another week. I gave them 2 weeks to make sure they have enough time. Then I called back only to be informed that it was not done but gave me the assurance that it would be ready for pick up the following day. I called after 2 days but they told me that the guy in charge for repair took 1 week off. .. Service is totally BS..

I love this place. No one harasses me here to buy things and I have time to go around the store and sample everything.

Great selection on musical equipment.

Went in asking for a DAW controller for a mac using Logic and the staff said no one made one, yeah okay, i found one from novation. Lack of knowledge. I also purchased a guitar a dn tried to sell it back a year later. This guitar is in perfect condition and i mean perfect as if it just came out the box and these F heads offer me $120 minus $50 cost to add new strings and intone it.. like wtf. going price is $399.99 and mine is like new. so in other words they offered me $70.. not a place i would like to deal with ever, sam ash has a new client
