- Terrible #98648

If I could I would have given this store and brand no stars. A bag that I barely used broke. I have been waiting weeks to find out if they will fix it. They do not return calls. Considering the cost of the merchandise one would hope decent customer service would come standard. I will NEVER purchase anything from Gucci in the future.

I love Gucci, but for some reason I prefer to shop Gucci in New York City, it is probably because I like to combine many things in one day, so I can have a full day for enjoyment.
