Excellent customer service. We had a large and diversified order and it all came as promised. There was a small scratch on the refrigerator panel. We had a new panel in less than a week. Price wise, nothing compared!

Bought a $500 Microwave - to save some $$$.... ended up returning the item and purchasing it from Target- cost me an extra $50- but dealing with legit company is totally worth it !!!
this was my conversation with the customer support rep- in the claim i filed.
"as i noted in our conversation, the box arrived from the carrier this afternoon and was left on the doorstep- there was no visible damage to the box as indicated in the 3rd and 4th pictures posted.
when the box was opened - it was clear that the box had been opened all the staples were dislodged and a piece of corrugated cardboard was covering 3 sides of the manufacturers box as indicated in the 3rd and 4th pictures- i highly doubt it left the manufacturer in that condition.
when the unit was removed from the box and plugged in everything seemed to function properly but the significant damage to the upper left hand side was not acceptable to me for a new item purchase. I called Gold Coast immediately after seeing the damage. I was asked what i would like to do and i replied, "i would like a new item or a partial refund as this is an open box damaged unit, $100 would suffice."
after speaking with the supervisor- it started to feel as if they were going to file a damage claim to the carrier- this makes me uncomfortable and suspicious of GoldCoast as pictures clearly show no damage to the shipping box and a reboxing of the product by a 3rd party. My suspicions were further aroused when i was told i would not be sent a replacement unit because the shipping manager did not trust UPS to not damage a second unit. This was told to me at the same time he insisted that the item was drop shipped directly from Sharp- and then moments later he told me you had 25 units in stock.
when i hear conflicting information from a company that is 1400 mi away- it makes it uncomfortable for me to do business with that company. I would like an immediate refund and will purchase a replacement from a vendor who is a bit more consistent in their explanations."
i was very uncomfortable that it appeared they couldn't get their story straight and were blaming it on Sharp- and UPS.... when it was obvious the box was an open box unit that had been repackaged by the vendor
