I have been a long time customer of this store. I have bought many big ticket items in the last couple of years at this store including today. The main reason is the manager Dan Bondi. From the moment you walk into the store, he makes you feel like a friend and not just a customer. He actually watched a full inning of the yankee game with me on different tvs to help me pick the best one. He always goes out of his way to try to give me the best prices. He even came out to my car to help get the seats down for 10 minutes when it was clear that the tv would not fit in my truck. Nobody likes having to buy appliances of tvs but Dan makes the experience fun and I left with a feeling that I got a good deal. Thank you Dan!!! You got a customer for life!

Just left your gorgeous Greenvale, LI, NY store. All new and renovated busting with lots of
great stuff. Only problem was I spent at least 10 minutes looking for what I needed without
any help, and even after asking for help at the front counter, no one was available to help with a
purchase. The store was not crowded. I have been shopping for many years, and I have to say
in all honesty your sales floor tonight fell down on the job. After another 10 minutes or so I just left
the store, without as much as a look from any salesman whatsoever. Actually one salesperson made a conscious effort to look away as he said he was already with a another customer. Best of luck with the
new store.

Excellent experience. Frank was very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. His explanations were easy to understand and assisted us in making a decision regarding our first flat screen TV with very little anxiety.

I am buying second time refregirator and sales person and manager was very helpful in our decision for model. They promised to deliver within threee days. thank you very much.
