- Terrible #105070

Came in 10/13 for a sump pump and was treated like a POS! I asked for the manager and the person that treated me like scum was the manager. So much for that. HomeDepot it is. I believe his name was Joe shodiack. Jerk!!

I called to see if they had a hard-to-find T&S Brass product and was please to learn that they did in fact have it. I called 4 other supply companies and none of them had the part I needed. Wayne even took the time to confirm they the inventory was correct and physically checked before I sent my driver to pick it up. Good work and thanks.
