Super ghetto, all the attitude in the world for a simple response. Gary & Tova are extremely courteous, but I cannot say the same for the rest of the office. No help whatsoever over the phone, in order for a remotely helpful answer to ANYTHING you must go in - which is ridiculous for those of us who don't live near that area. Inconsistencies through & through, very inconvenient in almost every aspect. Will file an application with the state to switch brokers soon.
