They almost stole my gift card
I made a transaction at this GameStop. and this employe name Cristina hand me a brand new gift card whit hundred and plus money on it.
Two hours later I try to use the gift car at other location, and they told me I have $0.00 in the card.
When I call back the only answer I get is to call the number on the back of the card.
After a week dealing whit costumer service they send me a digital gift card.
And told me the employe cancel the gift card minutes after was issued to my and they ha no idea why?
Beware of the employees at this location and their shady practice.

love this game stop.. but they NEVER pick up the damn phone! have to walk in there every time when there's hardly any parking around..

This place is so helpful. Like when I went to buy a game they sometimes give better deals. Also when needing to find something there always there to help.
