Rent from them all the time and I tell everyone about them. Noone does better buisness then them. They hsve also saved me alot of money

Reserved equipment and drove in to find the guy says I can't use the equipment because it's too cold. He didn't realize it before I lined up a vehicle and came all the way over, but let's try again the next day. Next day I wise up and call to double check first. It's 20 degrees warmer at noon but no, still doesn't think we can rent it. To top it off completely rude and no idea on customer service, acting like it's my fault and he shouldn't know the weather affects things living in New York. No idea about equipment protection. Wouldn't stay 5 minutes after closing. If you're willing to deal with all this incompetence go for it, but there's better rental places in the area in my mind.

Okay, so the service was just bad at first. not enough employees...well there was enough but half were talking to each other. then i finally get to talk to the nicest working employee. he tries to charge me 26 dollars to get a quote on the actual fix cost. this is a 100 dollar drill that's under warranty. so there's already some major problems. I finally talk him into the warranty idea and that he shouldn't charge me and he says okay and puts the drill down...apparently someone else needed to take my info so i can leave the damn place. I wait even longer for the owner to take my info but still everything is still okay by me. crappy service and hustling,ignorant clerks doesn't deserve a 1 star review. This f*ckin guy. the owner....I really wish i had it on video. i can't believe people are actually so miserable that they will treat other human beings like this guy does. The 'good employee' makes the guy talk to me since he knows i've been waiting and the owner acts so casually disdainful and arrogant about having to talk to me. and no, i'm not a black, midget, jew entering a nazi convention but you'd sure think so. all he needed was to take some basic info to contact me and he asks for way too much info and won't let me actually tell him my info. he wants a driver's license (i don't have one as many people don't in new york). I keep asking him what he needs for info. I'm telling him my name and number while he's asking for ridiculous things over and over again...all the while staring at me and pushing the drill closer and closer to me on the counter. real subtle sort of a$$hole crap. like a nightmare character. i was beside myself. I don't know how to react to that kind of psycho behavior so i took the drill and left and then was like what the f just happened! He was the creepiest person i've ever seen or interacted with period.

Great customer service. Always helpful. Will be going again!!
