I was able to find what I was looking for but I was waiting to pay for a while.

They are so helpful, so friendly - so EFFICIENT - that it surprises me each time I interact with their staff.

I live in Crown Heighs and they DELIVER my refill each month. It's such a time saver for me and really convenient. It's no extra fee and they just seem pleased to do it. When I call to remind them that I need a refill, they remember who I am and get it sent out (via bicycle) immediately.

I've rarely run into a business or a staff who treats me so kindly and respectfully, while also doing their job so well. Highly recommended.

and i am really gonna miss the Marvin who was one of the partners who always helped those in need, i once was in line and there was a lady who couldn't afford the formula that her baby needed( it was the expensive kind). when he heard this as he was passing he told the manager to just give her 2 and not charge.

Very unfriendly and rude. After 30 years as customer no one acknowledges they know you. No hello, nothing. They're convenient but lack any personal response, no explanation from the druggist re your prescription. They're not worth it. Will shop elsewhere.

I shop in Apple Drugs more often than I'd like to. They always deliver my prescriptions for me the same day.
I was reacting to one brand of a certain medication and they put it in the system to only give me a certain other brand. So far they've been careful to not send me the bad one again.

The person complaining about the employees, they have changed a number of their employees recently. So that comment is no longer applicable. And you repeated your rating a few times to bring down the star level. But it's really all one complaint.

The few times I went to Apple Drugs, I had such bad experiences, that I will never go there again. Most of the workers are nasty (although there is one who was not). the costumer service is so bad they treat you like they really don't need your business and they make you wait between 30 minutes to 1 hour if you have an insurance prescription
