WORST customer service I have ever experienced. 8 months pregnant, apparently had an appointment that I didnt know about. Never received a confirmation call until I was supposed to be there. Was told they sent an email that must have gone to spam since that happens to them often. Considering I didnt know I had the appt and I even offered to pay half considering the stylist time. Had to call three times before finally being told they wouldnt refund the full charge. Will NEVER go back and have never had any high end salon act so rudely.

The best! Fabrice is amazing! The salon has a cool, downtown vibe and the entire staff is excellent.

Some of the most talented stylists and colorists in NYC. Most have their training stemming from the world famous jacque dessange. You can't go wrong with them And remember they are human. They have bad days. Just a lot lot less than any other salon. They are any professional as one can be and what I love about them the most is their ability to see around the corner in style. What will be hot, and what is just not really hot anymore. Even if it graces a cover of a magazine.

Customer service is good reason why I am giving the 3 stars to this salon but the hair services are really bad. Hair stylists are not experienced and it seems like they are just coming from the beauty school.

Amazing hair salon with top notch service. The stylists will offer you a drink and will take care of you completely. There are tons of magazines to look through while you are getting a hair cut and you will come out looking absolutely beautiful. I especially love how natural the highlights come out - you won't need root touch ups right away and can wait as the new hair that grow out looking almost natural even if they are a slighlty different color.
