Amazing food, a must try in Astoria!!

It was a Sunday night, and I walked inside by myself, where there was nobody to greet or seat me. I was told I could sit wherever I wanted, then when I sat down waited for service for about five minutes. Pop/dance music was playing over the radio, something like the “Umbrella” song. There were plenty of open tables, but when a waitress came along the first thing she told me was that I should move my seat for a party of eight that would be showing up. I was given a bread basket, but it was with an empty table. Eventually place settings came, but I needed to ask for olive oil and vinegar with the bread. The waitress tried to get my order while she prepared the eight person table behind me. I had to ask for water. I ordered one of their three salads, and was told they did not have it. I ordered the antipasti, which includes olives. It came with 2 olives. My water did not get refilled until I asked for it. When I asked for ice water, they told me they had none. I also ordered a Veggie pizza, and they served it to me with no veggies. Pizza was pretty good, but in hindsight the service was terrible. This was my fourth and last time at Forno. Order take-out or delivery.
