Porto Bello

Good food. Generous portions. Unfortunately service was lacking. 2 pitchers of water for a table of 13. Very little interest from the waitress in accommodating us. Plastic Coke cups all around the table but not until receiving the bill with a charge of $16 for "Dine in fountain glasses" was it clear that guests could have ordered fountain drinks with free refills since we were being charged for it anyway. Couldn't reserve the back room on the coldest night of the year because "some larger party could walk in and they would have to give to them." Ultimately gave us the room when we arrived. Good place for dinner for 2 or slightly larger but would not come with a bigger group.

Saw review about the wings, the guy was right best buffalo wings around !

Went here with my wifes family. I was a lil skeptic at first and pretty much just expected typical pizzaria type food(which of course i was ok with) but Oh Boy was i blown away!!! The Bbq wings were phenomenal !! Probably the best bbq wings ive ever had, And ive had tons. They were
amazingly crispy with a bbq sauce that makes you want to lick your fingers. Sorry kfc. This is REAL deal finger licking goodness. We also had the grandma pie with sausage and pepperoni. Was delicious !!! The pasta dishes were delicious as well. I totally recommend this place. On my way out the door all i could say in my head was "I can't wait to come back again" !! :)

Ordered for pick up, the lady on the phone was kinda rude, she let me on hold over and over again for about 5-8 mins. When I went to pick up the manager or idk if he was the owner had way too much attitude. He rudely told me the pick up counter is over there. Food wasn't really all that good either. This was my first time, I went there after reading these reviews and it was my last time too. Not worth it!!

Excellent service! Nice people and great sercive by the waitress!!! Delicious food! Definitely the place I would recommend!! The 1st place I'll go back to if I ever go back to NYC!
