I made an order to be delivered and I was told an hour to an hour and the half. After an hour, i called to get a status on the food and i was told it is out to be delivered. After 2 hours my food was not delivered. I called again and I was told the food is still at the restaurant they are just waiting for the driver to pick it up. I asked to speak to a manager and I waited on the phone for another 10-15 mins. The manager told me to wait as soon as the driver come I will be the first one they will deliver to. Every unacceptable, my food has been prepared and just sitting down there and they don't care when it is delivered. What type of customers service is that. They don't value my service. I will never order, visit or recommend anyone to go to footprint.

The worst customer service ever. It took my order more than two hours to come. When i called to find out where it was they was playing in the background kept putting me on hold amd didnt answer my questions at all. Dont want to eat here ever again.

The rasta pasta with chicken & shrimp is delicious. I also like the honey garlic wings, with just the right amount of spicy. Seasoned veggies on the side, nice size portions. Friendly service, convenient location.

I visited her late on a Friday night about an hour before closing with my date. It was nice and quiet as opposed to the other one that was jam packed like sardines. I had the Rasta Pasta with fish. Their fish was seasoned so good just like a real Caribbean would make. I did not like the pasta though, but the sauce from the fish added a much needed flavor to it so next time I know to ask to drown the pasta in the fish sauce.
