Footprints Cafe

The food is amazing. The drinks strong with some lawless names. The thing is this place loud, chaotic and there is never enough seating. The usual wait time on weekends is 45 minutes to an hour. I recommend going to footprints in coney island. It's much quieter bigger with more seating.

When I walked in at 11 I was told I could not get a table because they were about to close and online says 1am then I get my food which I ordered oxtail and rasta pasta it was very much like soup they put to much sauce but the bartender was nice with great service that's the only reason they have one star from me I HATED IT I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE EVER

My experience with this cafe was so horrible they don't deserve any stars. why are they still open. Their customer service is horrible. I placed an order for delivery at 2:20 p.m. food, my food wasn't delivered until 4 pm. my food was cold, and soggy. I called to speak with a manager and she stated that I have to bring the food back to the cafe because the driver have other food to deliver, and they cant guarantee my refund today. I will never order from this place again.

Never again! I went during what was supposedly Caribbean Restaurant week and they would not honor the online coupon. That was strike one and I was ready to leave then, but it was my cousin's birthday and she wanted to stay. The service was slow and the servers were miserable. It was as though it was an inconvenience to take our order and bring the food/drinks. Our "waitress" and I use that term lightly neglected to check on us of we needed or wanted additional drinks and took over 10 minutes to bring the napkins that we requested...probably because a party of 4 or more has tip already included - we were a party of 5. In hindsight ordering more drinks would have only increased the tip she didn't deserve in the first place. The food was tasty but I will NEVER AGAIN patronize their business.
