Watched an employee throw a delivery box about 10-12 ft landing on a neighbors porch. At 60 brick elk Ave today. Hope it stayed intact.

Absolutely terrible service. Took me over half an hour to get a prepackaged box labeled. On top of all that, the manager (or so she seemed to be) was rude.

Pretty confusing getting into this building. The lady there was being quite mean to a bunch of kids running around. While I agreed that they weren't being the most pleasant, I feel that the treatment wasn't in light of the fact that they were young children and only the mother was there with them.

Worst Fedex ever! I will not be dropping my packages off here ever again. They did not help me whatsoever. They kept telling me that I had to call for a pickup because it's a liquid bottle. Then how in the world was this able to get to my house with Fedex then? The box was never opened. I am returning it to the company in the same way I received it. I get the reply from the fedex employee that the company can do whatever they want and I have to take this home and pay for a pickup and I have to some how find a hazardous label when the package already states that it's a liquid. Unbelievable. I received no help, guidance or number to contact. I was forced to take the box back after she scanned it in. Why are you even called a shipping center!? You can't have some one that is picking up these packages take it to the appropriate place for shipment? No I have to take it back home and pay for a pickup they continue to say. Never again will I come here. Avoid this place. They are rude and not helpful at all. Wasted my time and gas coming here because it was the closest place next to my job. Never again!
