My experience with this storage was very good. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend this to friends. I hope they get cameras inside storage units isles to record all the activities.

They go above and beyond to find the best rates and locations for my storage. I recently had a meeting with Asia yesterday who assisted me habitually which was an excellent level of customer service. Now I am comfortable calling and know that she has my best interest since day one. Toshia you are just as helpful with your welcoming spirit blended with righteous professionalism. My experience in moving has always been overwhelming and difficult to get through. The lovely ladies that work at the desk were just such a pleasure to work with. They made the experience so easy and welcoming. They were understanding and very precise in what Extra Space Storage had to offer as well as trying to help me find movers to work with as well.
