ETD Discount Tire Centers

ETD is the only place I go to since I moved to the area. The hours are very convenient for early risers and mechanics are very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining issues fully. Talk to Manny - highly recommend going here.

I have 4 cars and the battery on one that I don't use that often was dead. I started the car with a jump and dropped it off at ETD and asked Pat and Manny to replace the battery which I knew was 4 or 5 years old. A short time later I get a call telling me that my battery just needed a charge and I didn't need to purchase a new one. These guys are honest and trustworthy, so when I need parts or service that's where I'm going.

This is my 1st experience I feel cheated by ETD Tire in Wayne. $90 for a tire pressure sensor for my vehicle. I bought 4 Brand New Tires which had to be installed, so they had the tire off the wheel already. Tire Pressure sensors are average price of $34 across the internet. If you're going to give good prices on tires, why overcharge for a simple tiny bolt on part? Not Happy this time guys..This was my 3rd time buying 4 full set of tires...Was never told of the cost.

My tires over the years always seem to find every nail on the road.

It's always the same story at Firestone, that it can't be plugged and I need to replace all four tires. I was convinced that it was a sham and they weren't even trying to do the right thing.

ETD's desk pro came out and examined the treads and told me they would try and patch the hole.

What I expected was, you need 4 tires and I'd be spending $800 even though the tires have less than 9k on them.

What I got was the tread was fine on the good tires and the replacement would be around $230.

After having to wait 30 minutes I was told the tire CAN be repaired and it would be $31.

This type of honesty has earned ETD's client for life, and I will happily replace both of my SUV'S tires their going forward.

Good bye to Firestone and their up-selling self serving style for good!!

I have used ETD three times so far and it is has been great work! Austin is pretty much a miracle worker, & always happy. He was able to get my tires same day when everyone else said at least 48 hrs (odd size tire). I am not sure how he does it but I will keep going back. Highly recommend!
