Will Not Go Back, very poor management, Never Get what you pay for. Had a gift card given to me, the workers NEVER use the compressed air to dry my car or Jeep. Don't waste your money going here. Windows come out worse than when you bring it in. Told managers many times and the guys out back and out front. Won't waste my money here again. ..Believe me, I tried many times here, MANY...My Mom bought me a $125 gift card . 8 out of 10 times did they NOT use the compressed air which they are supposed to use to dry your car. Today I asked for a towel to dry the hood, roof and trunk and rear of my car which was soaked. They told me my car was finished and ready to go..Stay away..

This was the best customer service I've ever gotten while getting an oil change. They were so nice, so funny, very conversational. I left and told all my friends and family about it because I just left so happy. They really made me feel appreciated.

I've been coming to Wayne Auto Spa for quite some time now, I now have 2 cars on the monthly unlimited car wash plan, I have to say, Wayne Auto Spa is the "best", I leave satisfied after each and every car wash, the workers are very attentive, respectful and pleasant to me.

I have to be honest, I'm very confused by the negative reviews. They always use the air compressor on my car, dry my car thoroughly, they always vacuum and thoroughly clean the windows on each visit, I have NO complaints whatsoever about Wayne Auto Spa, I highly recommend giving them a try.

Rob, the owner, is always attentive to his customers, he's always on-site to take care of any unforeseen issues that might come up. Rob is also heavily involved and donates a lot of money to Eva's Village, a charity that is dedicated to fighting homelessness and poverty, he should be commended for his continued support of this organization.

Give them a chance, you won't be "disappointed".....!!

Bought Tirerack tires and had them installed at Wayne Auto Spa. Robert matched the price and delivered extremely personalized service. The tires were installed quickly and the team was helpful.

My two boys and I even got a tour of Rob's admirable on-site farming projects.

As an engineer, if I had a business like his, I would be "geeking out" just like him. Love the whole sustainability efforts!

the lady in front of me was pointing out all the parts of the car that they missed. At first i thought she was just being picky, until i entered my car. The interior was still completely dusty as if the rag never toughed it. I would be ok with it if they missed an area but to not tought the entire interior Is not acceptable. Im not happy at all.
