Fast and Friendly! Lost a heel tip at lunch and was desperate not to clack for the rest of the day. I called over to see if they could help me out...the answer was sure. I clacked right over and had my shoes repaired in less than 5 minutes and was on my way. These guys are great. I look forward to taking more of my beauties there for some TLC.

I've been here several times and they are the best. They reallu know how to take care of their customers and especially your shoes. If you love your shoes that them here. I took my christian louboutin here to have a red rubber sole put onto them and the work was great.
