Very unreliable and incompetent. I had booked a move with Entourage the beginning of this month. They had scheduled my move for the 25th of this month (Monday). The logistics manager had called on Friday the 22nd to confirm my appointment for the 25th so everything seemed legitimate. We had a snowstorm that had caused delays in the northeast, however, I got no communication from them that they would be delayed on Monday the 25th until I called at 3:30 PM to find out they were not coming that day. What was more frustrating was the manager I was talking to kept talking over me and not giving me a chance to talk. I had asked them then when was the soonest they could move since the 25th was my confirmed date (everything is in my invoice order composed in an email) and I was attempting to get to my new location, sign my lease, and get everything together before my new job on Monday the 1st.
The guy calls me back and tells me they would be coming Tuesday the 26th between the hours of 10 and 12. I got up early on the 26th and waited for them. No call that they would be delayed, no show between those hours. I attempted to call Entourage but no one was picking up. I emailed the customer service rep I had been dealing with and he told me the trucks were on the road and I was on the schedule. I didn't hear anything from anyone until around 2:00 PM when I called them and was told that the movers were coming at 4:00 PM and I was the only job for these movers that day. At this point, my boyfriend and I were losing confidence in them because they were constantly pushing back these times and dates. We had expected them to not show up at all at this point and pull what they did the day before.
The movers show up a little before 5 but at that point we had become adamant about not using them. It was just unfortunate that we decided this just as the movers showed up. We had turned them away. I get a call from the customer service rep who yelled at me for wasting their time and gas money EVEN though they had been wasting our time and pushing back times and dates with no communication until I called them. I also explained that we expected them that morning between 10 and 12. Guy yells over me and says it's an estimated time. Well...10 to 12 and then 4:00 is a huge time difference don't you think? He also lied and said he was gonna charge me a 150.00 cancellation fee even though nothing on my initial agreement says anything about cancellation fees. Very shady.
Once he hung up on me, I though that was gonna be it. Instead he harassed me and then my boyfriend through text. He would not pick up his phone when we attempted to call him and talk but continued to harass us via text and then said he wasn't gonna charge us 150.00 cause he wasn't "stooping to our level" even though this was all a lie. Very petty, unprofessional and cowardly. He also lied about a few other things. Like how they had to reschedule moves that day cause I "insisted to be moved that day" even though I was the only job that day. Very VERY shady and complete liars. Avoid these people like the plague. They will only lie to you and the rude text messages doesn't bode well for them. We still have these messages if anything needs to be done because that was incredibly unheard of. No wonder they get such bad reviews and have been reported to the better business bureau.

These guys shouldn't be in business. I've never dealt with such an incompetent company before. They were 6hrs late picking up, never gave me estimated delivery dates (delivered over 1 month after pick up), they never answer their phones or return calls (after leaving several voicemails), incredibly rude staff (Jennifer in customer service hung up on me as I was speaking), gave me the wrong delivery date (I had to tell them when my stuff was being delivered after I spoke to the driver), and they lost 1 of my furniture items. True nightmare.

The WORST moving company around. They are liars and conduct business in the worst imaginable way. They fake their ratings online. Any time you see a good rating from them keep in mind that they are being written by the company themselves. They showed up 6 days late and were missing my couch cushions, very expensive vacuum, and irreplaceable box of tools. The couches are useless now, lazy boys. How is it possible to lose 5 couch cushions??Jennifer, the woman operating the phones, keeps ignoring my calls and when she finally does pick up, She says she will call me back after she contacts the warehouse to find my missing items. She has never called back... I have called over 10 times. Now I must go through a claims process for my items. I guarantee they won't replace the couches, until they get hit with a lawsuit. Please please never use them. Your move will go much smoother for it. They do not keep in contact with you throughout the move because they are not the company shipping your items. They hand all your items to another company. In turn, entourage had NO idea what is going on. This is where your things are guaranteed to get lost. They pack 3 boxes in 1 huge box and call it one item. Then when they unload those three boxes, they count 3. When they have your correct number of items, they leave. I called multiple times for an update on my items and was told that the truck broke down. The biggest bullshit I have ever heard. I also rate them as less than one star. The worst experience I have ever had.

I never had to move my stuff cross-country before, so I didn't know what to expect. I read reviews about many different relocation/moving companies beforehand. Movers: The movers were fast, and loaded their truck in a timely matter. (One of them was smoking though when they first arrived, which I didn't think was very professional.) They did make sure that everything was wrapped in blankets. Some boxes were a little crushed, but nothing was damaged inside. Price: The overall price was fair. It was a little higher than I was quoted at first, but I realize that was because I decided to load more things into the truck. The final price does depend on the weight of the load you are shipping. Customer service: I kept in contact with the customer service, which helped relieve my mind a little. They kept me up-to-date about the timeline. Overall: I would probably use them again if I moved cross-country (that won't happen for a very long time though). I would recommend Entourage Moving for your next move.

To be honest, it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I felt great. After being relocated by Entourage Moving, felt honored. They had done something that I did not think possible. They had relocated me safely and without any trouble. The crew that was sent over to help me turned out to be more diligent than I had actually expected. What inspired me most about them is the manner in which they arrived. They were all set; ready with their tools and equipment that they might have needed. They were well-dressed in uniform, and it’s like that presentable worked out perfectly well for me. I got so much thrilled that I did not even notice them winding up the job in a few hours. I could not believe my eyes when I walked in and realized that there was nothing left in the former house. They had all been arranged in the waiting vans. All I could was smile.
