US Post Office

If you can avoid this place by running on foot to whatever state you need your package delivered to and having a heart attack and blowing your knee out on the way instead of waiting in line here, do so.

Whether it's the usually rude, childish have to get the last sarcastic word in Indian women that work here, their inability to see a line of 15 people and yet still only keep one window open and one person standing in the lobby to look at your package pick up slip but do nothing to actually get your package to you faster, nothing will make you lose hope in the American government and it's workforce faster than this post office. Few places misappropriate their staff and time worse than this place. The Hispanic guy is the one saving grace but he's drowned out by the incompetent neglect of coworkers and management that him being the only decent employee is overlooked. Only come here if you have 1 hour to kill for a task that should take two minutes.

THEY TRIED TO STEAL ONE OF MY PACKAGES BY NOT SCANNING THE BOX AND THEREFORE NO DROP OFF RECORD WOULD SHOW AND NO LIABILITY IF THE ITEM GETS LOST OR STOLEN. WHATS WORST IS THAT THE MANGER WAS RIGHT THERE!!

FURTHERMORE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE AND SLOW AS WELL AS ON THE PHONE... THEY NEVER PICK UP!!!

USPS WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH THIS PLACE?? YOU NEED TO HIRE GOOD WORKERS BECAUSE WE THE PEOPLE OF THIS AREA ARE THE ONES THAT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE NONSENSE

Terrible! Iv called the post office trying to speak to someone about a few packages that were sent to me. They put the ticket in my mailbox that I have a package but didn't actually ring my buzzer, so I wouldn't even know if they didn't put the notice! I have tryed to speak to someone for about 3 days now as well as calling multiple times and I can't get no-one to answer the phones.

This place is the worst freaking place! I am not sure what it is these people do here but it definitely not their bloody job! I moved to NY and its been over a month and i still have not received any mail. Why? Because these incompetent humans are on a mission to mess up as much as they can. I try calling nobody picks up EVER. So I currently still have no mail and no one from usps is being helpful. AT ALL! Hopefully i will receive my mail normally at some point.

I would've give zero if I could. This location is full of crappy usps people. They have the worst attitude I've ever seen. Avoid this position as a plague! avoid this place! Seriously! Don't ruin your mood.
