I went in to upgrade my phone in May 2015. During the installation I was offered an Ottor box and screen protector since it was FREE with the phone only to find out later that the charges for both the Ottor box and screen protector charges have been billed additionally with the phone. False advertisment and I am left to pay for something I thought came with the phone that would be FREE of charge.

Bad customer service. Staff is not knowledgeable and rather pushy about buying what they think you should buy.

I been buying my all phone's from this store from last 5 years love this store,
Staff is so help full even you don't buy any thing from them they always help with there best knowledge
Specially the manager of store Mr. Ash he is super nice person i ever met.
I always recommend T-mobile to all my friends and family members cause of there best customer support and service's.

DON'T GO TO THIS STORE. Go to another T-Mobile store. Giving 1 star is too much for this store. I bought a Samsung edge and THEY gave me a charging pad, a case and a protective shield and told me its for FREE. NOW I found out I have to pay for all those things while paying my bill. I asked them multiple times if I had to pay for it. And they said NO. I regret buying the phone now. They are liars and don't tell you everything that you should know.

Always are helpful,yes they get busy and you might have to wait a little longer. But as far for me customer, service I give them a perfect five.
