We worked with John in a shortsale process that we were the buyer and overall we can say that entire process was completed quite satisfactorily with his help. We knew in the beginning that the shortsale processes could be painful and we had some problems as expected. His main contribution to the process was his prompt solution-oriented responses to the emails especially when we literally stuck because of the lack of communication between other parties involved in the process. Thankfully John straightened out these issues and process was completed succesfully.

We recently entered into an agreement with Mr. Rene Cubero and Mr.John Walsh of Elite Brokers LLC of 162 1st st., Hoboken, NJ to locate a suitable tenant for our condo at Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852. Under the agreement and representations made, Mr. Cubero and Mr. Walsh would show the condo to prospective tenants and screen them for suitability. Screening for suitability meant they would conduct all background checks, income verification, and rental histories for a fee of one month rent. Relying on their expertise and professionalism we signed a lease with a tenant. Within 2 months we discovered none of the promised services were conducted and the tenant would not have qualified for tenancy if necessary background checks were performed. We had to seek mediation with the tenants at the NJ Courts in order to enforce our rights as landlords. Additionally after demanding proof of work performed John Walsh and Rene Cubero started calling the tenants claiming we were underhanded and deceptive landlords trying to evict the tenants. This sort of defamation is not acceptable at any professional level. Would never recommend these agents even if they were the last realtors in NJ.
