I'd give no stars if it was possible. This is the worst management company that you could ever get yourself involved in. I would never consider doing business with them again. Very corrupt and not great book keepers. Takes forever to get information and the lack of communication is insane. They made our condo association look like our financials were fine for an entire year and then out of no where, after our contract auto renewed for the next year, they mentioned to us that we had 30k worth of debt (including sewage and other utility bills they hadn't paid in over a year that were building interest). Strongly advise against going with this company

The negative reviews posted are absolutely correct and I can only hope by writing this I can help someone else avoid the horrible experience me and my fiancé just went through. Long story short, John Salierno (one of their real estate agents) tried to get me and my fiancé to sign multiple false/incorrect documents (which were illegal) and pretended he was going to have the black mold removed from the unit before we moved in. He then tried to say after two weeks of negotiations on other parts of the contract that there was no time to do mold removal and we would just have to move in anyway. When we said that was not acceptable he said he would go with another applicant. Those poor people (if they exist) are moving into an apartment that could be entirely infested with black mold. I have already reported him to the New Jersey Health Department. The real estate agent I am working with said she has never come across such an unethical and sleazy agent in her entire career. He's just awful! And in the meantime he wasted almost 3 weeks of our time and we are now back at square one looking for a home. Do not deal with this agency: they don't care about ANYTHING but money.

If you like adventure and you love to sell your soul to the devil.....then you found the right Management Company.

Worst property management ever! Very unprofessional and very poor customer service. I can't believe they are still in business! I would give them a 0 if I could.

RELB is the maintenance company for our condo association. I've dealt with them 10 or so times over the last few years with inquires ranging from simple documentation requests to actual maintenance issues. I understand being a building maintenance company is a thankless job, but I can honestly say the people at RELB are just down right rude and disrespectful. If you are considering RELB, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
