E.C.R.B Towing & Recovery

It blows my mind to see reviews from people who complain about prices of a tow. If you want a cheaper rate then pay for AAA but if not you are going to pay a pretty penny wherever you go. Think about how big the vehicle is that they use to tow. If you know vehicle then you know that a pickup truck is going to use more gas than a car. Therefore imagine how much money they are spending in gas to tow your vehicle using such a large vehicle themselves. $50.00 may seem like a lot of money but the amount they made off of that tow was (if lucky) $5.00 after gas and wear and tear.

On another note. I have never had a bad experience when dealing with them because I have never been rude. I have gone there and have witnessed people screaming, yelling, and even making threats. Think about how the person feels that is hearing that day in and day out. How would you feel everyday if you were yelled at, threatened, called a POS, etc. It isn't the person's fault you were towed. If the cops call them to do a tow they must abide and do what they are told. Would you walk into the police station screaming your head off? I bet you wouldn't. So why do it to them? Maybe people should have some decency and think before they react and maybe then they would have a better experience.

Absolute worst! I just called then and they are charging me 50 dollars to tow my car down the street! I live literally 2 mins from the tow truck company and 2 mins from the mechanic. My car will not move so I have no choice to tow it. They are charging 50 dollars when both places are literally down the z street.

On top of that they said it will take a hour for them to come to my house ! Are you kidding me! How is that even possible!? The same thing happened to my friend but I had no idea it was this place. It's a scam. And the people are rude and dismissive when you ask them why it's costs so much.

About a week ago my dad got into an accident in Bloomfield the police ended up having to tow his car, Leaving my dad a few miles from home and I was stuck at work unable to leave to come pick him up the driver that picked him up ( who I believe is the owner) not only drove him home to swung by Dunkin Donuts to buy him a cup of coffee. He didn't have to go out of his way like that but he did.. It's nice to know that there are still decent people out there.. :)

I cannot say enough wonderful things about ECRB! When I needed a tow they came out immediately to help and were very polite. The woman at ECRB who answered the phone was very pleasant to speak to. One of my friends needed a tow once as well and ECRB was the company who came out and, again, we had nothing but a great experience. I definitely recommend them!

The woman at the window, whom is the same person that answers the phones is rude as hell! She acts as if she is doing you a personal favor by answering a question regarding a towed vehicle in their possession. She seems like one of those folk that have no life and feel some sense of power by being rude and obnoxious to someone that is just there to pick up their car! #hateppllikethat
