Dunkin' Donuts

I'm not sure any of the employees speak enough English to really understand the orders. They are perfectly nice but my orders always wrong and the decaf is always cold. I stood at the order counter while the petty young lady asked me to repeat it 3 times, disappearing twice with register tape in her hand. I then stood at the pick up counter, having to ask for my coffee 3 times, while watching the cook fumble around the grill, open and closing stuff and close talking to another young girl. I politely reminded them what I ordered and i still was handed the wrong order twice. This is at least the third time. I want to apologize to man behind me in line. When I got the last wrong order and just took it I didn't know his order was in my bag until I got home.

I love "happy hour" deal offered at this location. Its $0.99 any small DD beverage from 2pm- 6pm everyday !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE IT !!!

All workers are very nice , they made my drink extremely fast, and with amazing quality.

This establishment is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever encountered and the worst fast food restaurant I have come across in the United States. The employees which work there do not comprehend the English language, it takes an employee almost 4 minutes to take an order.

This establishment employs the friend list individals. They are professinal, happy, and very courteous.
