I'll forewarn everyone the review is not about the food. Food never got to our table. Put in an order and 45 minutes later nothing came to our table. That includes no one telling us it was going to take a longer time. When we finally asked we were told it was Halloween and that it's extra busy. No apology, no forewarning that it would be a little longer. I would have waited if there was a bit more respect in the way this was communicated to us. Finally after about an hour after we got there we decided to leave. The waitress was shocked we were leaving and with a bit of a pissy tone said "Well are you gonna pay for it?! Are you gonna take it to go?" Across the entire restaurant! REAL CLASSY...

Let me explain something. I don't owe it to YOUR restaurant to eat there. Last I checked the paying customer is the one that should get serviced. You're not entitled to anyone HAVING to eat there especially after waiting 50 minutes for ONE F'ING PIZZA. So you were understaffed, mismanaged, whatever. Just let me know. But don't make YOUR problem my problem. This attitude in New Jersey of all places where there is a pizza place every few blocks.

For what it's worth I left more than enough money for the only thing that did make it to the table which was a beverage so the waitress even ended up with a small tip despite the 50 minute wait for an imaginary pizza.

Again, food may be great, but I'll never know and I'll never go back to find out.

I went in and picked up a pizza last night. Don't usually go there but wanted something quick and it was close. My husband and I could not believe how good this pizza was. There was just the right amount of cheese, not so much dough, (but the dough tasted amazing) and the sauce was delicious.
I can't wait to go and try other meals.

outstanding pizza and terrific catering. just enjoyed a half tray of chicken murphy. delicious. they said it feeds 8-10, safe to say it would have fed 12.

This is the second time we have eaten at Bacci and, again we were disappointed. The first time, we both had panini's and they were extremely salty. We decided to give them another shot. This time we spent $38 on burnt wings, mozzerella sticks, and zucchini sticks; a limp, tasteless salad, and the WORST soggy nachos, made with slices of american cheese instead of nacho cheese. The only thing worth eating was the cheesesteak, which was still far from my expectations. On a side a note, the side of marinara sauce was delicious. Sorry, Bacci, it was horrible.
