I went into this Dunkin Donuts and ordered around a dozen items. After paying for these and waiting for my food, I was told that they didn't have any of my items. By the end of this, I left empty-handed and without any refunds. Worst customer service ever.

Pretty decent size for a New York DD. Great place to have a coffee and kill some time if need be. Never really packed packed.

There ice cream machine is always down since last summer of 2015 and they never have brownies. Everytime I ask for something on the menu on the ice cream side something is always down or they don't have. They need to fix that place and stop hiring new people every other day

Quick service and overall very clean. The only odd thing is the location of the door. The door is on Clarkson, rather than Hudson. Not sure how that happened...
