I only gave 1 star because I couldn't comment unless I did. This doctor and her office should be ashamed at how they treat geriatric patients. My grandmother is 90+ years old and has been waiting almost a month to receive her oxygen tank! Why?!?! Also, her blood sugar is extremely low- the doctor's response- tell her to stop testing so much. What??? If you care about your family, please choose someone else to oversee their health. The doctor never calls me back and the nursing staff half cares. Either way, after a month long battle, there is still no resolution. I'm reporting this medical office to the BBB (yes, naming everyone!) and to the NY Medical licensing board.
