I don't know why every review about this place is a 1 star but I went there for the 1st time the other day and I was seen in 15 minutes. ....they were genuinely concerned about my health and asked me so many questions to help figure out what was wrong with me. I hardly ever write a review about a place so listen people....everyplace has moments where they get busy and yes even in the health field doctors get tired, but I'm going there everytime from now on! Even if I have to wait. They have free Wi-Fi. They care. Free Wi-Fi. No copay. Nuff Said!

Ever since Emblem took over this place the practice has gone down in the dumps. Un professional and careless staff, difficulty scheduling appointments, excruciating wait times , no blood work on weekends , total chaos

They used to have a medical records department where you could get your records quickly. For some mind boggling reason, they closed that department and now, to get your records you have to go into the primary care waiting room, sign in like a patient, and sit down in a room surrounded by sick people. Dumb move. Very dumb.

Been going to this doctors office all my life. Compared to some of the other clinics on staten island this is definitely one of the best, ofcourse they have days where it is crowded and you may have a longer wait ! it all depends on the day. My son has the same pediatrician i had my kids go here to. Pediatrics has very friendly nurses....shoked at the bad reviews !AND ITS CLEAN!

Urgent care is a disaster. The previous review was correct: too many physicians assistants and not enough doctors and the PA's usually misdiagnose you end up having to return. I had to wait several hours just to have a form filled out with my PPD reading so could start a new job. They assistant was extremely rude telling me to come back in seven days to pick up the form which only took 5 minutes to complete.
