Domino's Pizza

It's the worst place ever.. After an hour they want to send the pizza.. And when we place the order on line.. They said the system is down really?? After an hour... Idiots

I would like to start with the fact that their delivery service is good. However, I had a terrible experience with this store and discovered one of their secrets. I order online for pick up one pasta bowl. I get to the store about 15 minutes later and was told my food would be ready in 2 minutes. I was blocking a couple cars in the parking lot so i came back out to move it. I wound up talking for a few minutes with my friend. about 7 minutes had went by and i returned to the store. While being ignored I looked up the status of my food just to find out that it stated i had picked it up and to enjoy. This reminded me of the previous day when the meter stated i had received my delivery when I did not. I ask the lady again about my meal and she left to get another employee. The employee told me that my food had not even been made and it would take 5 minutes. SO NOT ONLY WAS ME PICKING UP THE FOOD WRONG BUT EVER STEP ON THE METER WAS A LIE! I would have had little problem waiting for 30 minutes for food if i was not lied to every single time to my face and online.

I ordered at 10:30pm with the checkout saying the order would come in 30 minutes. It didn't even come until near midnight.

What's worse was that the pizza itself was near cold by the time it came. Worst service ever. Never ordering from Dominos again

I usually get really good service. The food is always hot and tasty. My only problem with them is that they won't deliver to my door. I live on a 3rd floor, no elevator and I have Parkinson's disease, so I can only order when my grandchildren are home.

Awful experience. Pizza took long to come, I called 40 mins after the site said it was on the way and they said he was just leaving. The pizza shop is like 10 blocks away. I'll never use this again. Terrible experience. Pizza ended barely warm.
