A friendly experience from the start. There was a slight mix-up at check in but it was sorted promptly and we are compensated with a free breakfast in the restaurant (which was lovely). The team were willing to answer any questions we had, the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the view from the room was incredible, and they even had complementary hot cocoa in the lobby! Overall, we had a brilliant time in New York at a brilliant hotel.

So far my favorite hotel in NYC. Modern, clean, comfy ded, great view from the 26th floor where I stayed, 5mins walk to Times Square... I can go on.

The hotel is small but has a lot to offer. The staff is amazing, always with a smile and ready to offer assistance. Loved the courtesy chocolates and next day forecast everyday in our room when we came back. The hotel is at a great location, a walk away from times square or the central station, where you can go anywhere you want with your metro card.

My new favorite place to stay in NYC! Lovely modern hotel, with great views over the city. Room is clean and well presented, with large TV, coffee maker and small fridge. Staff are out of this world. So helpful and always greet you with a smile. Our particular thanks to Hugo who greeted us when we first arrived, and then remembered our names throughout the stay. Lovely personal touches like that just made this a fantastic break. Will be back!
