The staff was extremely friendly and responsive, the rooms were clean and neat, the in-house food was quite good (there was a breakfast buffet). The view isn't anything to write home about, but the location is awesome. For the price we thought we got a great deal.

I have stayed at 5 star resorts and I have never received attention like the service like I received here. Rooms are great even though small. Lots of windows. Clean. Everything we need. Great staff. Will stay here again.

I have stayed here every time I visit New York. The location is close to Times Square and ideal for anything you want to do in the city. The staff has been great and helpful when I have had an issue. Definitely not a bad place to stay. I will probably stay here again when I visit.

I arrived at this particular Sheraton because I'm a Starwood Preferred Guest and have been staying at Sheraton hotels throughout the new York city area. The young lady at front desk.was rude and manipulated my credit card and ID. She refused to give me my room and unnecessarily called security on November 23rd. Security felt no need to intervene and I had to go to the Holiday Inn around the corner. I was so disappointed because I was treated so poorly. I believe that the staff should undergo some training and not just place a "body" behind the front desk.

Staff was great! We got to the hotel a little earlier than check in time and they didn't give us any trouble, and checked us into an available room right away. (We were expecting to just drop off our luggage and wait until check in time, but were very excited when they said we could go to a room right away!) The room had a great view. This hotel is in a great location as you can get on almost any subway right across the street through the port authority bus terminal. Staying here again in about 4 months. Can't wait to go back!
