Excellent customer care. Explains everything before they go ahead and do the procedure. Very friendly. Only bad thing is their schedule is always packed for a small office, but that's a good sign they are good at what they do. There are numerous dentists on this street.
I was searching for a dentist close to home on the NJ side, but using my new insurance from work. Most of the good-reviewed dentists were only showing up in New York, and a good majority of the dentists on the NJ side of the river did not have any reviews, or bad reviews.
Took this one by chance since there was a good review by 1 other customer. I wanted to have the root canal done on this first visit, rather than the usual initial checkup/cleaning. I had to cover it on my own, but that was because my new insurance had some tricky loophole, since I'm new on their insurance plan. The dentist was able to explain what I was covered for, before doing the actual work.
