This agency is difficult to conduct business with. They can't keep good staff. Most of the people who remain there year after year are bureaucrats who like their steady little jobs with minimal work and incredible benefits. If you need to deal with more than one department it will probably create a problem because cooperation is frowned upon. CBH staff only care about their petty little fiefdoms.

They are money hungry and insensitive. Most of the staff barely speaks english so it is impossible to receive care. They having a slide scale for fees, but that doesn't help when you are unemployed and need mental help. The front staff is miserable and never smiles, nothing is inviting about the office. You are sitting in the office trying to get help for yourself and the walls are so paper thin that you cannot concentrate. It is a terrible atmosphere and they should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT GO HERE!
