Tae kwo do (take my dough) is as obsolete as DOS. If you really want to learn to defend yourself and get an awesome workout, look at a good mixed martial arts school. BJJ and Muay Thai are the way to go. Tae kwon do is your father's martial art. Fighting in the 21st century is a whole new ball game. In Lyndhurst alone there are two other good schools. Do your homework.
