Salon is nice, but nothing special. Steven cut my hair. He called what he did to me 'under layers'. He never even touched the top hair. I left looking like I didn't even get a haircut.

They had me fill out a page asking for so much personal information, like I was at a doctors office. Absolutely unnecessary for a haircut.

Everyone compliments me on my haircut after I visit David Michael Hair Studio. I have recommended this salon to a lot of my friends as well. I always go to Renu, she's one of the many talented master stylists who takes the time to really listen to what I want (I'm very picky) and I always love the result. I have been accommodated and squeezed in last minute thanks to the receptionists. Management is extremely sweet and parking is seamless.

Rose came highly recommended but I was skeptical I could get a city quality haircut in Jersey. More than satisfied, I was blown away. The studio was beautiful, the offered me a drink while I waited and then Rose gave me the best haircut I've had in years and I didn't have to shlep across the GW and pay $200. Score! Highly recommend!!

For three different occasions; first for my daughter's wedding Rosie's up-do exceeded my expectations. Recently, I decided to cut my very long hair into a super short style that would be easy to care for yet be sexy and stylish. Yes, yet again Rosie delivered beyond my wildest expectations. My third time, we decided to try something else with my short hair and again the same reaction!!!!!I love my hair.......and I love Rosie Rivera....not just for her professional skills but for her gracious way about her. What is most important in a good stylist (hair cut /color) is creating the best look for you based on who you are and what you desire but also take into consideration your hair type and what would look best for your facial morphology and skin tone. This is truly mastered by Auri. I have been going to her for many many years.. her aesthetic and sensibilities on providing services that are so distinguished that I am one of her loyal clients.. Her base continues to build..So plan in advance..Auri is always booked but worth the wait! but if you need her at the last minute for something last minute that has come up... she will always try to work you into her packed schedule.. as Auri would say every woman has the right to look "fabulous"!.! love her ...Joan F
