I always go to this location and the one that does my brazilian is Fran. She's very good and super friendly and its very clean. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars was because the front desk staff isn't that nice.

Horrible service at the front desk. The girl at the desk was extremely rude and had no problem when I walked out. Do not go to the Paramus facility. I have never had a problem at any of the other ones.

The waxers are all great, but the desk staff is completely incompetent. I always make my next appointment while I'm there and THREE TIMES I've not had another appointment scheduled. They are often too busy on their phones or talking to each other to pay enough attention to get a simple appointment scheduled. Very frustrating...

After many many trial and errors with different people, I can honestly say Xiomara is the ultimate best! I am extremely pleased with her service. She will be my permanent go to girl. Since day 1 she made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. LOVE LOVE LOVE her!

I was recommended by a co-worker 6 months ago. I have done waxing before but this one is the best I have ever tried. And I will never go back any other waxing except this one. The staff are so wonderful and polite. And the employees are so sweet, their very gentle and they talk through the procedure. And I think that is very calming and nice. Thank you for making this a amazing experience. Ms. Daisy
