I have been going to Danny's Cleaners for 7 years for alterations. I have found the tailors to be knowledgeable and to provide excellent work at a reasonable price. For the past 2 years I have been letting them do my dry cleaning which I am very satisfied with. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Danny the owner always treats me well.

This is one of the worst dry cleaners ever , i had such bad experience with this one .
I was going to same place for more 10 years , close to home location .
I always asked him to Laundry my shirts but instead they did dry cleaning , after a while i start to see white spots on my shirts from chemicals that they used .
I went to the store and talked to the owner , this guy is nasty , he start screaming and cursing , worst customer relationship ever .
Then i discovered that some of my shirts had burned spots from chemicals and they even patched them up with same color material that customers wouldn't be able to see right away.
NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE WILL GO TO THAT STORE AGAIN
LOST OVER 2,500 IN THIS STORE

I brought two suits to have tailored to Danny's Cleaners. The suits were brand new they had all their tags.

I met with one tailor who was to alter my jackets and my pants. Upon receiving my items I noticed that the back of one suit jacket was not even tailored properly and a pair of pants were not sewed all the way to the top. The tailor that I had met with said he did not perform the services on the suit and that he himself personally would fix it, even though I was under the impression that he would be performing the services for me. He told me not to worry they would be fixed.

I came in a second time to pick up the items. I now finally had my pants to one suit and my jacket to another suit, so I was able to see how both suits fit. The jackets were altered by taking them in from the back. When I put on my suit jacket I could barely lift up my arms. I brought back my jackets from both suits again to have the alternations done removed.

I picked up my items a third time (two jackets) and they still fit to snug. Furthermore, once again one jacket was not stitched up properly (the problem I had the first time) and even worse the lining from the inside was visible from the back of the jacket.

Frustrated, I returned another time to try and get a refund for these services that I wanted to do elsewhere. Upon speaking with the manager he told me that I had to give him a chance to fix the items again. He told me that if I had to return 17 times to get them fixed then I owed it to Danny's to allow them to remedy the problem (this would be the 4th time I had returned to get my items fixed).

At this point all I had wanted to do was to get reimbursed for the work that was done and see if another tailor could fix the mistakes of Danny's tailors.

Having no choice I gave in and allowed them to fix the suit, this time with a different tailor. This tailor was one that I had originally used awhile back to do one suit with no problems.

The tailor Uriel and the manager Ivan informed me immediately during my fitting that the suit I had purchased was not for my frame. They both conceded that the suit was to small, but now that the suit was altered and the tags removed I was stuck with the suit. So, they offered to fix it to the best of their ability.

Had the other tailor performed his duties properly and informed me that the suit was to small instead of just trying to make some money off me I would have returned the suit, purchased something bigger and returned for the service.

Instead the second tailor, and the manager said that they would try to let out the jackets as best as they could.

I returned a few days later to pick up the items and I spoke with the manager-owner, Danny, and explained my problem. He told me to try and return the suit to the department store, even though they already removed the tags. He also informed me that it was NOT his responsibility nor his employee tailors to explain to the customer that a suit that was brought in to be altered was not the right fit.

It was my luck to go the wrong tailor. Had I gone with the one I previously went with he would have told that the suit was to small and I would not be in this mess.

The manager Danny informed me that customers sometimes ask to have suits that don't fit properly tailored even smaller.

Today, the items are still to snug on me and I cannot wear the jackets. Furthermore, a pair of pants from the suit has ripped at the seam due to the unsatisfactory work. I wore these pants once.

I refuse to go to this cleaner and tailor anymore. I have wasted three weeks of going back and forth and now I have no way to return the suit because of Danny's tailors incompetence.

The level of service received was unprofessional and the manager was unreasonable.

I am mulling the decision to take the owners to small claims court for the price of the suit and the services.

Their customer service is uneceptable. They ruined a very expensive jacket and then try to turn it around as if it were brought in that way. They made it clear I wasn't going to be reimbursed they would only try and fix the problem. My husband had been a customer for 7 years and when he went to look at the fixed product and wanted to bring home the jacket so that i could look at it the owner told him he wanted nothing more to do with the jacket and told my husband to get out of his store (screaming) and told my husband he was deleting his 7 years history of my husbands business off the computer. Horrific experience with the owners.

Until today, this was my go-to for dry cleaning and alterations. I was a loyal customer for 10 years, even though they were pricier than other places.

I purchased a brand new white blazer that needed to be taken in on the sleeves and the back of the blazer. As this was brand new and had never been worn, there was no way there could have been stains on it, no less water stains. Water stains would have been something I would have noticed when I purchased the jacket.

After spending $40 for alterations, I came back to discover a huge water stain on the front of the jacket. First , how did they miss a huge water stain on the front of the blazer when they did so many alterations on the blazer. To then proceed to give me a hard time about it when it was caused by dirty water leaking from the steamer onto my jacket. I just wanted them to rectify the situation. After the owner tried to make me feel like it was my fault, he said he would "give it a try because water stains are hard to get out"

Today I returned only to find yet another water stain on the sleeve. I didn't even want to waste my time talking to the owner since he clearly has no idea how to run his business and took no responsibility to try and find the cause of the problem. So I showed the girl behind the counter that the steamer clearly needs to be cleaned and water changed as it left watermarks all over my WHITE jacket.

Of course the owner, jumped into our conversation, and tried to put the blame back on me – even though I showed him that I had never even worn the blazer - same conversation as last time – the tags were still attached. I made it very clear that I wasn't even asking for my money back or a discount but I was letting him know that his steamer is dirty and leaving watermarks on clothes. He then proceeds to tell me it's my fault and in the 10 years that I have been going there, he's never seen me before. He refused to look up my account to validate what I was saying, and said in a month it wasn't going to be white anymore.

This owner was rude, condescending, uses dirty equipment, producing shoddy work. The quality of their cleaning is far from what it used to be.

I would recommend ANY other cleaners than this place – you would save a lot of money as their prices don’t justify the quality of service or customer service.
