Lane Cleaners

Do not use this dry cleaner. They are under new management (as of April 2014). I dropped off a trench coat last week that had a few stains on it but it was in perfect condition otherwise. When I picked it up the leather on all 3 of the buckles was cracking off. I can no longer wear the coat as it is. When I showed this to the woman at the counter she started yelling at me saying that she told me this could happen. This was a total lie. If she had told me this could happen I wouldn't have let her clean it or I would have TAKEN THE BELT OFF so that the buckles wouldn't get damaged. Common sense. She would not give me my money back. I have had this same coat cleaned at this dry cleaner with the previous owners and I had no issues. I will no longer use this dry cleaner with the new owners.

My opinion is to never go here. The new management appears incompetent in this area of expertise. Clothes that have been dry cleaned before where given to this dry cleaners and were returned damaged. No refund and to top it off they yell at you for finding the damage.
