I had breakfast here this am and I hate to stay this but you don't get what you pay for. Go there for breakfast and you'll see what I mean. Oh well better luck next time. Lunch prolly might be better.

Cathrine Joy service sucks! I was gonna rate this 5star but she was kinda rude. Jollibee wasn't jolly when we're there

Foods are superb except the service crew name Catherine Joy. It seemed like she didn't want to be there or be bothered. Please girl put some smile on your face, it will make a big difference!!!

What I feel about Jollibee is the same way I feel about Mos Burger (in Hong Kong) - It's familiar, yet it's different in their own, unique way. Because, in this nation, we're filled with fast food chains that have menus offering much too similar of choices, I'm one of those who are glad Jollibee exists.
Jollibee, as I would describe it, offers fast food from its heavily-westernised tropical home in the Philippines that includes burgers made the islander/Filipino way, their crispy & juicy "ChickenJoy" fried chicken and some sweet dessert choices. While it all sounds way too familiar, there's probably a reason why Filipinos come back to this place all around the world.
In my visits, I either order a burger combo (usually the Amazing Aloha Burger) or a 2-piece ChickenJoy combo. In terms of the burger, due to its typical find in most fast food chains, I'm not going to say much about it but that it isn't seasoned as much as other chains do. However, what I have found is that the simple sandwich, which is usually the staple inexpensive fast food offering (much like "dollar menus" or "value savers") and called the "Yum with Cheese" there, has a sweeter Thousand Island sauce. I never thought of it that way, but they know how to play with the taste of a burger while keeping it on the cheap!
As for the ChickenJoy, I can't recommend that to anyone who visits Jollibee (unless you don't eat Fried Chicken, of course.) This isn't your other fried chicken joint's menu offering, but it's, dubbed, "Filipino Fried Chicken" that does everything other fried chicken restaurants do wrong right. It truly is the finger-licking delicious that you're looking for. It's not a heavily-spiced seasoning or something that makes it taste nothing like fried chicken, but it's simply how fried chicken should taste like - crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. If you're looking for spicy, this isn't the place - if you're looking for a flavourful fried chicken meat taste, ChickenJoy is what you seek! I can apply this paragraph's statements to all nations outside the Philippines that have a Jollibee in them!
Those working at this Jollibee were trained to do their work right, not fool around and serve up some good food. Based on my observations and comparison to other competing domestic fast food chains, these attentive, professional employees truly served up more smiles to their customers' faces than in other fast food chains. Granted the demographic of the clientele reach has been to Filipinos in America, locals enjoying themselves with those who are the face of the restaurant is such a great thing.
The restaurant has a simple layout with comfortable dining areas. Every visit, the place is kept well-cleaned and sanitary, interior and exterior.
And therefore,
• Affordable and Delicious, coined "Affordelicious" on their menu. However, their entire menu bears that trait.
• It's familiar but different. While many of the offerings are the same, it's the little differences you don't notice that make the value.
• The people that make up the restaurant are so positive and nice, it's practically a joy to eat there.
Although I live far from this location, I'd still go to it if I have a reason to be in Northeast NJ.
