Just had a wonderful experience yesterday at this store. The salesperson Jessie was extremely helpful and sweet and she put no pressure on us to purchase a pageant gown. She was very knowledgeable about the system my daughter is competing in and gave us great advice! Love the fact that the gowns are on display to look through instead of being brought to us. The staff was very knowledgeable and supportive. Calling today to purchase the gown! Excellent store! Will shop here again and again - ask for Jessie!

The girls here are extremely nice. I mean, these women are professional. When I went here to look for prom dresses for my prom next May, they didn't make me feel any bit of pressure into spending money. They gave me really good information about the Sherri Hill collection, which was awesome. The women helping me carried the dresses into the dressing room for me and made me feel very comfortable walking in. All the women there were very warm and friendly and made me feel good about the time I was having there. They have a huge range of selections for the Sherri Hill collection, which I am happy about, mostly because Sadie Robertson from Duck Dynasty picks the most beautiful gowns to model, and I say to myself now, no if, ands or buts about it, I will be a Sherri Hill prom girl and I will most likely come back here to purchase my dream prom dress. The consultants at this place made me feel like they were there to help me find the dress of my dreams with no pressure at all. Most amazing service I could have ever wanted.

Went to look for a gown for my daughters wedding the other day. Girl came up to me asked what I had in mind. I told her I was open to anything as it was my first day looking. She went over to a rack and said "start here", never came back to see if I needed help as I was carrying around 3 dresses. I approached her and described a certain neckline of a dress that I remembered looked good on me. She asked what it was called I said I didn't know but gave a good description. She never came out from behind the counter it was like I didn't even say a word.
I am a size 12 all the dresses in the section she sent me to were no bigger than a 6, again I had to look for someone to ask how it worked. Well you try it on and if you like it then we can order your size.
It's funny because last year I had a wedding to go to and went to their location when it was in Wayne, there was a mature saleswoman there that was so helpful I told her it was a bit too pricey for the wedding I was going to but would definitely be back when the time was right.
Too bad she wasn't there the other day, I'm sure I would have found the perfect dress.

I just recently started pageants, and my friend told me to go to cocos for my dress. Clueless about what type of dress I wanted, the sales associates helped me tremendously by hand picking different stylesto see what I liked. They helped me fine a beautiful blue dress and they were so pleasant the whole time. I would greatly recommend going there next time you need a dress! thanks again coco it was a pleasure meeting you all!
