Very disappointed - spent extra $$ on repair/replace warranty and it's taking over 3 months for them to fix a broken furniture leg! and the leg broke when a 100 lb kid was sitting on it - thank god no injuries.
Everyonen is knows that the salespeople are just that and only care about their commission but the company management need to improve how they respond to warranty issues. Definitely never go with the warranty or just go to a more reliable store on Rt. 46 (plenty of others).

Sometimes you get good deals. However sometimes the sales associates just harass you. Dont forget to get snacks!

This review is more for the delivery team who knocked a huge hole in my wall while dropping off my couch this morning and left before we could even notice the damage. Jetted right out the door. I wish I could get my tip back from these people. Cant even enjoy my new couch because I have to stare at the huge hole Bobs left in wall. Thanks for nothing Bobs.
Delivered on Tuesday dec. 7th. Called your office a couple of times because nobody contacted me. I hope you step up your customer service, like a lot.

I never knew that shopping for Furniture would be enjoyable.
Staff here is friendly and don't pressure you.

The prices are great!
We furnished our entire house after a flood took everything.
3 Bedrooms, Dining Room and Living Room.
Deliveries come from Connecticut, had to take whatever dates they had. Not a big complaint.

I'm only giving this place one star because not giving it any stars isn't an option. I bought a box spring, mattress and bed frame from this place. It turns out the box spring was infested with bed bugs. I called their customer service to complain and inquire as to what they would do, and was essentially told that it was my problem and that they declined any responsibility for it. I wound up throwing everything but the bed frame away. There's no such thing as a price so low as to make going through what I went through on account of this place worth it. Do yourselves a favor and take your business elsewhere.
