Not good

I recently went here with new owners. I get the pink and white. The lady did a horrible job on my nails. I went twice just to see if they changed. Do not waste your money on pink and white. I miss Tina. She was the best

I went there as well a while ago and i asked if i could purchase this callous softening gel they were using on someone sitting next to me. the guy told me me it was very expensive. i wrinkled my brow and asked how much? He said very expensive for you. I said "let me be the judge" After a rather heated exchange of telling him don't count my money and how does he know what is expensive to me, he finally told me $12. I purchased it and have never gone back there again. I suspect a bit of racism, they could just be rude overall, but that was my personal feeling.

the first time i went to get my nails done here, a customer wanted a pedicure complete with the leg massage. and to my surprise, the owner said they don't do it on FRIDAYS because it's busier, which wasn't noted anywhere in the shop. it sounded ridiculous to me. they got into a huge fight, and by the end of it the lady could have had two massages and three pedicures done. the lady called the police and stated that she is going to sue the shop. i should have taken the situation more seriously. i thought my nails were decent so i went back after a month.

i haven't had any fills in a month because i just didn't have the time. when i asked for a fill, the owner suggested i get a new set. i told him maybe next time because i just didn't have the time or the money to get it done at the time. he began doing my nails and as he was giving me a cut down, he said i need a new set. i told him once again.. maybe next time. after he finished cutting my nails down he said i needed a new set AGAIN. i told him for the third time i just wanted fills. he then stopped what he was doing and refused to give me service UNLESS i get a new set. i was so shocked that all i could do was give him a dirty look and storm out.

call me stupid but today i tried to give them a FINAL chance because they are just so close by. i walked in. they all just stared at me. no "can i help you?" no nothing. i asked the owner how much pink and white was. he said $30. i asked how much if i wanted gel on top. he said $70. i asked why and all he did was ignore me. he didn't say they'll be with me after, no "have a seat," again no nothing. the most i EVER paid for gel on top was $5. that is RIDICULOUS. please don't go here, spend just a few more dollars. trust me, after you've been to this place you'll realize just how valuable good customer service is.
