Fyi on saturdays these guys are open til 2, not 3pm as it says above.. Just wanted to save the good people of astoria the inconvenience :)

just to discover they are closed at 2pm, instead of 6pm. Not even a sign on door. Worst bank. Bad management failed to even post it somewhere. On door it tells you its opened till 6pm but the door is locked. Besides website doesn't work , too slow , sucks, the whole Citibank has bad employees bad service. Never go there again. Citi in Manhattan is good with good standards. Looks like employees in queens get just peanuts salary that's why the services are so poor.

I am their costumer for 4 years. I deposited $700 cash in ATM but they said I had only $500 on deposit. I have witnesses how much money went in. CITI refused to look at videos so I am taking them to court now. It took them 2 months to respond to my claims and all for nothing. They are thiefs. Service is very unprofessional and careless. My friends have the same experience.
