This location usually has a broken atm outside or our accounts was hacked by someone in another state by using the lens on the atm outside since many visitors frequent the location, and there was a time they didn'topens until 2pm after a system glitch

worse service ever .... I have been waiting for the attendent for so long and when he was done he stepped away and never showed up again!

As far as I'm concerned this is not a real Bank of America, its an ATM with attendants. Yes, they technically offer the same services as other branches, but their hours of operation, and customer service is laughable. They close at 4pm M-Th, and don't open at all on Saturdays. This branch is an embarrassment.
