Second Review 1 month later: Surprisingly this place is getting even worse and worse. After one month I tried this place again and shockingly the portion was even smaller than before. Wait time is still about 20 min. Rude staff. And still out of some ingredients.
First review: Extremely under staffed. There is always long line with approx 20 min waiting time. Most of the time they are out of ingredients. The portion is super small.

horrible chipotle! small portions and had to wait 15 minutes for the chicken to be made! staff sucks and the location sucks! do not go there you will be dissapointed!

It was busy but the line was actually moving, this was actually my third visit, my first two experiences weren't the best with speed, the food was always great. It feels like they're getting better. Looking forward to my next meal.

I don't have many problems with the portion although I do realize they don't give too much meat in the burrito. The staff is extremely unprofessional. They are super super slow, they don't know what they should do and they are talking to each other. I waited for so long with not a very long line. They couldn't wrap the burrito well and there was mass everywhere. One star for the terrible service and staff.

Located right next door to Newport mall entrance. Got 2 barbacoa burritos. They give one small heaping thong of meat. I made sure to look at everyone else's also. Seems you may get more meat with a bowl. Hoboken location does the same and it's truly annoying. I'm sure corporate put that rule into effect because I don't recall such small portions 2 years ago. They will lose customers if they continue to be stingy with the meat
