Absolutely ridiculous. We were given 2 full outfits as gifts for my son that were the wrong size. Went to the store to exchange them for the right size and was told I couldn't because the gift giver did not include a gift receipt and they no longer have those items in stock. My options keep the clothes until they fit him or register them. I'll never shop there again

Absolutely ridiculous experience. I have tried to order $600 worth of toddler clothes in the last 2 weeks and they have cancelled my order both times without telling me and then held my money hostage for weeks before giving it back. When I contact customer service I wait on hold forever just to be hung up on one time and the 2nd time basically told I'd have to go in and try to reprocess my order again (keep in mind they still haven't refunded any of my previous orders money)... Can't get ahold of supervisors or anyone that can do anything. All I want is my money back or the items I ordered. This is absolutely no way to run a business.
