Clean rooms, nice staff. A little noisy area

OMGosh!!! From the time we checked in to the time we checked out Disgusting!!!!!! From the horrible smell, dirty dishes and sheets, rude staff. I truly can't believe it's still open. Feel like I have bugs crawling on me. This place should be shut down

I feel very welcome at this particular location. Nice clean rooms great staff. No complaints. Shuttle to and from the junction. Vladimir always make me feel right at home, Olivers friendly smile, Vivians calming voice are all that I need when I'm coming in off of a long cross country drive. I wouldn't recommend any other location in the area. I've been frequenting this particular location for over 5 years and they've never let me down. The updates are fantastic and for the people complaining about dishes. They are sanitized and placed in a sterile area in the hotel all you have to do is call the front desk they are ALWAYS available! You have laundry, housekeeping and even a BBQ/Picnic area in the back. Extra blankets, toothpaste and anything you can think of are all available by picking up the phone. They never seem to be annoyed by me and I am very needy, lol. Thanks guys!

Yet another failed RedRoof experince. I have learned my lesson now. Booked a king bed room with a fridge at this newly remodeled location for 6 nights for two people through RedRoof direct. When I get here, no fridge.

Front desks solution, lower me to a room with a double bed that has a fridge. Now we get to cram onto a small bed that by the way is the cheapest feeling bed I have ever slept on. And how the heck does a lower value room have better amenities?

The women's attitude fell short even slightly caring about the mishap. So from now on I will pay a bit more and stay at Another chain. Goodbye RedRoof.
